2 – Intellectual property and counterfeits
Les Allois is the owner of the intellectual property rights and holds the rights of use on all the elements accessible on the website, in particular the texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, architecture, icons and sounds.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, whatever the means or process used, is prohibited, except with the prior written authorization of Les Allois.
Any unauthorized use of the site or any of the elements it contains will be considered as constituting an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.
3 – Limitation of liability
Les Allois cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user's equipment when accessing the site http://lesalloisxxxxxx.
Les Allois declines all responsibility for the use that may be made of the information and content present on http://lesalloislloisxxxxx.
Les Allois undertakes to make the http://lesaloisxxxxm site as secure as possible, however its responsibility cannot be called into question if undesirable data is imported and installed on its site without its knowledge.

6 – Applicable law and attribution of jurisdiction
Any dispute in connection with the use of the site http://lesalloisxxx is subject to French law. Apart from cases where the law does not allow it, exclusive jurisdiction is given to the competent courts of Limoges.
TERMS OF SALES
Article 1: Duration of stay
The client signatory to this contract concluded for a fixed period may in no way claim any right to stay in the premises.
Article 2: Reservation and conclusion of the contract
The reservation becomes effective when the customer has sent the owner the full payment. By this regulation, the customer confirms his full and complete agreement with the general conditions specified below. Prices are in EUROS, VAT included, breakfast and tourist tax included.
Article 3: Cancellation by the customer
The customer can cancel his stay under the following conditions:

no fees will be requested up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date;
-
50% of the amount of the stay will be due in the event of cancellation 4 days before the date of the stay;

from the 3rd day before the stay, the entire stay remains due.
For any interruption of stay before the scheduled departure date, the entire stay also remains due. In case of no-show on the day of arrival, the full amount remains due.
Article 4: Cancellation by Les Allois
Les Allois pays the tenant all the sums paid, as well as an indemnity at least equal to that which the tenant would have borne if the cancellation had occurred by him on this date.
Article 5: Arrivals and departures
The customer must arrive on the day specified for the reservation, between 1 p.m. and 10 p.m. In case of early or late arrival, the customer must inform the owner. On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 11 a.m. at the latest. Luggage can be kept while waiting for the room or after having vacated it.
Article 6: Breakfasts
Breakfasts are served in the breakfast room or on the terrace, between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. on weekdays, and between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
Article 7: Payment of the balance
In the event of payment of a deposit, the payment of the balance is to be paid on site during the stay.
Article 8: Use of premises
The client undertakes to respect the peaceful character of the premises and to make use of them in accordance with their destination. He undertakes to return the rooms in the state in which he found them and to declare any possible degradation for which he could be responsible and to assume the repairs. The establishment is non-smoking except outside.
The establishment is unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Article 9: Capacity
This contract is established for a number of people. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner is able to refuse the additional people.
Article 10: Pets
Animals are accepted in the establishment Les Allois (supplement of 8 euros per animal and per day), but do not have access to the breakfast kitchen and the breakfast room.
In addition, their owners will be held responsible for any damage for which they may be responsible and assume the repairs.
Article 11: Methods of payment
Payment of the deposit is made by credit card (remote payment or via a secure link) or in cash. The balance of the stay can be made by credit card, cash, holiday vouchers. The following cards are accepted: CB, VISA, VISA Electron, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO AMEX xxxxxxxxx.
